ICU stands for Intensive Care Unit. ICU Home Healthcare brings intensive, hospital-level supportive care to a suitable patient’s home. The service may be provided 24 hours a day and is managed by experienced ICU doctors and nurses according to the patient’s condition and personalized care plan.
ICU-level care at home may include
- Intensive medical and nursing support in the patient’s home.
- 24-hour care when clinically required.
- Care managed by experienced ICU doctors and nurses.
- Continuous clinical observation, health monitoring and doctor supervision.
- Medication management, oxygen therapy and ventilator support according to the care plan.
- Advanced medical equipment, including ventilation and hemodialysis equipment when required.
Every patient must receive a clinical assessment, and the home environment must be assessed, before ICU-level care begins at home.
