About this service
Some clients need daily support from a caregiver but do not need a nurse present all the time. MUCH can combine caregiver support with scheduled nurse check-ins, doctor home visits and physiotherapy according to the patient’s condition.
Example combined plan
- A caregiver for daily personal support.
- A nurse visit twice per week.
- A doctor home visit once per month.
- Physiotherapy sessions according to the rehabilitation plan.
This is a key strength of MUCH: families can receive non-medical and medical care from one coordinated care team.
