Caring for the people who care for others

The people who care for patients and older adults every day also need care. At MUCH Mobile Healthcare, our nurses, caregivers, doctors and support teams bring skill and compassion to families, often through difficult moments. Their wellbeing matters to us.

In April 2026, MUCH Mobile Healthcare entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with M’lup Kroursar Organization (MKO) to implement the CARE Staff Well-being Support Program. This partnership gives our team a more structured way to access emotional support, build resilience and talk openly about the pressures of care work.

Why staff wellbeing matters

Healthcare and caregiving can be deeply meaningful, but they can also be demanding. Staff may support families through illness, loss and long periods of uncertainty. A healthy workplace makes room for people to recognize stress, seek help early and support one another without judgment. We believe that caring for our team is part of building a dependable care service for our patients and their families.

What the CARE program will support

Under the MoU, MKO will lead the design and delivery of program activities, with MUCH providing the funding and practical support for staff participation. Planned activities may include wellbeing workshops, individual or group psychosocial support, stress management and resilience activities, and conversations about mental health and self-care. The program also aims to help prevent burnout and secondary trauma and make support accessible across our team.

The two organizations will coordinate the activities and review progress together. Personal information shared by participating staff will be treated confidentially, in line with the agreement.

A commitment to our people

Our founder’s experience as a nurse shapes this commitment. We want staff to feel supported as people and to know that asking for help is welcome. This partnership is one practical step toward that kind of workplace.

We thank M’lup Kroursar Organization for working with us on this important program. Together, we hope to strengthen a culture where our people can ask for support, care for themselves and continue to care for families with compassion.
